The other day I had a movie on and one of the characters said the word "sex." Noah and Emily were in the room at the time. I immediately paused the movie and then looked at Noah and said "your ears didn't hear that word" and told him he needed to go upstairs to finishing his reading. Being so incredibly obedient, he responded, "Why doesn't Emily have to leave the room?" To which I replied, "She's already had sex education." And, with a look of horror that only an 11 year old boy would have, he said, "WHAT???? They teach that????"
