BYOB (&P)

Sam just checked in for a red-eye flight to New York for a meeting he has tomorrow morning. Because of other commitments he had this week, he had to do the red-eye and only spend the day in New York (otherwise you can be SURE I would have been going with him!!!).  He's already tired from a full day and he gets on the plane and finds out that they CHARGE $10 for pillows and blankets.  What?  A paper thin blanket and miniscule pillow and he's got to hand over money for it?  Wow.  That's some serious racketeering on a red-eye flight with people desperate to sleep. Apparently it's BYOB (&P) on this airline.  Do you have to bring your own jet fuel too?
